This is a book that I couldn't put down once I got started. Everything an asthmatic should know is included in this book, from nutrition, exercise, stress, inhalers, types of medication available, including breathing  techniques, choosing the right doctor and there is a section dealing with  children and asthma.

The writing style is great as the author is actually speaking to the reader. Having grown up with asthma, I encourage families with asthmatic patients to get a copy of this book. It really is a must have for all asthmatics.
