If your basement has had flooding issues, undoubtedly some of your possessions were dampened and became prime environments for mold. You need to either disinfect these or throw them out.

A common one, however, is loratadine known under trade name of Claritin and Alavert. And there is cetirizine, sold under the trade name of Zyrtec. There are other ones as well. Your pharmacist can suggest others that he thinks may be effective.
